All products on Tickleberry.co.uk are for purchase and use by consenting adults, legally defined in the UK as anyone of at least 18 years of age. All items are sold as novelties. As the exact circumstances of the use of Tickleberry products is beyond our control, we accept no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use their purchase in a safe manner and the buyer takes full responsibility in law.
