Contract of Sale
Your Offer to Purchase:
When you place an order with us you will receive an invoice detailing the content of your order. This invoice will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us, it will not be legally binding, and will not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase.
Contract is Made at Point of Dispatch:
Your offer to purchase is accepted at the point we dispatch your order and this is when the Contract of Sale is made.
Products:
All products we offer for sale and purchased by you are sold as novelty items.
What’s Excluded from the Contract:
Any products on your invoice which are not dispatched do not form part of the contract.
Our Right to Refuse an Offer to Purchase:

Governed by English Law:
The Contract is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
