Customs Charges

Information for our customers outside the EU:

Each country has it’s own import and custom charges which are applied to goods entering that country. If you are ordering from us and do not live in a country within the European Union you may be charged for importing the goods according to your country’s customs policies. Any such charges for custom clearance must be borne by yourself.

Information for our customers within the EU:

There should be no customs or import charges if you live within the European Union and your delivery address is also to an EU country.

Countries currently within the EU include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
