We deliver worldwide and our cost for packaging and postage is divided into 3 categories depending where you live; UK, Europe or the Rest of the World:
Delivery and Packaging Costs for UK Customers:
£3.25 for orders up to £30.00 – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
£4.75 for orders valued from £30.01 to £99.99 – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
£6.50 for orders valued £100.00 and over – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
£8.99 This is selectable at the checkout and can be applied to any order if you wish to have Royal Mail’s Special Delivery enhanced service which fully insurances the total value of your order up to £500 against loss. This service also guarantees next working day delivery by 1pm, after shipping.
Delivery Timescales for UK Customers:
- 1 – 3 days, after dispatch, for all orders posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
- Next working day by 1pm, after dispatch, for orders sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This enhanced service (selectable at the checkout) offers insurance up to £500 against loss within the postal system. - See Dispatch Time Scale below.
Postal Insurance Against Loss:
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery currently have insurance up to £36.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery have insurance to the full value of your order, to a maximum of £500.
Although Tickleberry does not accept responsibility for any item which is delayed, damaged or lost within the postal system we will help you to track and trace your parcel.
We’ll Help Track and Trace Your Parcel:
If your parcel should become lost within the postal system we’re here to help. Included within our Delivery & Packing costs is our service to help track and trace your parcel. We will complete any paperwork the Royal Mail needs to initiate a search for your parcel and persue a compensation claim (up to the value of insurance applied to your order) on your behalf, keeping you advised of progress.
Special Promotions that include Free Shipping:
Occasionally for our UK customers we have some products with no packaging or shipping costs. Such items will be free packaging and shipping when added to your online shopping basket. However, if your order includes other items then the above packaging and shipping costs will apply.

£10.50 for all orders whatever their value – fully insured against loss

This service is by Royal Mail and usually takes between 2 – 5 days depending on the location of delivery.
Postal Insurance Against Loss and Track & Trace:
We include, at no additional cost, full insurance of your parcel against loss within the postal system of the UK or your own country. If this should happen we will liaise with the Post Office on your behalf to track and trace the parcel.

£15.00 for all orders whatever their value – fully insured against loss.

Postal Insurance Against Loss and Track & Trace:
We include, at no additional cost, full insurance of your parcel against loss within the postal system of the UK or your own country. If this should happen we will liaise with the Post Office on your behalf to track and trace the parcel.
Dispatch Time Scale:
All orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. This is usually 1-4 working days from receipt of your order. Although usually much sooner, please allow 28 days.
Packaging:
Most orders are packed in strong white boxes, secured with transparent sealing tape, clearly showing your delivery address and our return address. Only small, strong, unbreakable items will be dispatched in plain white padded jiffy envelopes. Such items items include penis plugs, sperm stoppers and cock rings which are usually first parceled and protected in a jewellery display box before being sealed in the jiffy envelope. To help ensure your privacy we make absolutely no mention of Tickleberry anywhere on your parcel.
