Delivery & Packaging
We deliver worldwide and our cost for packaging and postage is divided into 3 categories depending where you live; UK, Europe or the Rest of the World:
United Kingdom – Delivery and Packaging Costs for UK Customers:
£0.00 – Free Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for every UK order. This service will usually arrive 1 – 2 days after dispatch.
£8.99 – If you wish to speed up the delivery of your order select Royal Mail Special Delivery at the checkout. This enhanced service fully insurances the total value of your order, and once we have dispatched it, Royal Mail guarantees that you’ll receive it the following working day by 1pm. (See below for dispatch time scales).
Europe – Delivery and Packaging Costs to Most European Countries:
£10.50 for all orders whatever their value – fully insured against loss. This service is by Royal Mail with a tracking number and usually takes between 2 – 5 days depending on the location of delivery.
Worldwide – Delivery and Packaging Rates to USA and the Rest of the World:
£15.00 for all orders whatever their value – fully insured against loss. This service is by Royal Mail with tracking number and usually takes between 4 – 9 days depending on the location of delivery.
Dispatch Time Scale:
All orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. This is usually 2 – 5 working days from receipt of your order. Although usually much sooner, please allow 28 days.
Lost Parcel? We’re Here to Help:
If your parcel should become lost within the postal system we’re here to help. Although Tickleberry does not accept responsibility for any item which is delayed, damaged or lost within the postal system we include in our Delivery & Packing cost our service to help locate your parcel. We will complete any paperwork the Royal Mail needs to initiate a search for your parcel, keeping you advised of progress.
Packaging:
In order to protect your privacy all orders are discreetly dispatched in secure brown cardboard boxes or jiffy bags with absolutely no mention of Tickleberry.
