Redeeming a Gift Certificate

To redeem your Tickleberry gift certificate, just follow the steps below.

Select the items you wish to order, using your Shopping Basket ‘add to basket’ buttons
Log-in to your account, or if you do not have an account create a new one
Continue to the checkout
On the order summary form on the right hand side, you’ll see a box that says Wish to redeem a gift voucher?
Enter your claim code into the box and click the “Submit” button
The voucher amount will be deducted from your Shopping Basket total
The voucher will be classed as ‘Used’ once you submit the shopping basket contents and complete the order

Gift Certificate Terms of Use

These conditions apply to all gift certificates purchased from the Tickleberry website
Gift certificates can be redeemed at Tickleberry, against products listed therein
The gift certificate can only be redeemed against products
The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable nor assignable
Any unused balance will not be held on the gift certificate holder’s account
If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card
Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law
The gift certificate cannot be applied to an order which has been opened previously
The purchase of products using gift certificates will be subject to our terms and conditions
Gift certificates may not be used, nor orders placed with them, by any person under the age of 18
Only one gift certificate can be redeemed against an order
A gift certificate cannot be combined with a promotional discount code
