Payment Cards We Accept:
We accept all the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta/Debit, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron
Paypal Express Checkout:
For Paypal account holders we also offer Paypal’s Express Checkout. At our checkout select “Paypal” from the payment method drop-down list , you’ll then have the option to pay with the above cards or using your Paypal account.
All financial Transactions are made in British Pounds:
All prices throughout our website and all financial transactions when purchasing from us are made in British Pounds, often referred to as Sterling, GBP (Great British Pounds) or UK Pounds.
Our worldwide customers may use their credit or debit cards online and your card company will charge you in your own currency.
Converting British Pounds to your own currency:
If you wish to estimate our prices in your own currency take a look at an exchange rate conversion website such as XE.com This conversion website will give you an estimate of our UK prices in your own currency, but do bear in mind that the exact exchange rate will depend on what your debit or credit card company uses at the time of purchase. Your card company will charge you in your own currency.

- A Postal Order, issued at a UK Post Office and in British Pounds

Payment by Telephone:
If you’d prefer to speak with us in person, or discuss a product before purchasing, give us a call on 01983 865 825 having your UK debit or credit card to hand and we’ll process your order. If our line is busy leave a message, or better still email us at with your telephone number and a convenient time to call and we’ll phone you back.
Your Payment Card Statement:
To help protect your privacy from prying eyes your bank or credit card statement will not display our trading name Tickleberry, instead it will show Vectis Vivendi Limited. If you’ve paid with your Paypal account our name will show as “VECTISVIVEN”.
Payment by Cheque, Bank Draft or Postal Order:
If you’d prefer to pay us using a cheque, bank draft or postal order you need to make it payable to “Vectis Vivendi Limited”. Cheques, Bank Drafts and Postal Orders must be in sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Enclose with your payment a letter clearly letting us know what items you wish to purchase, and your delivery address including your post code. Alternatively you may create an order online by adding your items to the basket and at the checkout select “payment by cheque”.
