Order Not Received
All products are shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. This is usually 2-5 working days from receipt of your order. Although usually much sooner please allow 28 days.
Reasons for not receiving your order include:
- The postal service attempted to deliver your parcel while you were not at home, and it’s at your local Post Office or Postal Depot awaiting your collection.
- We did not receive payment for your order.
- Dispatch has been delayed awaiting arrival of stock.
- It has been returned to us by the Post Office and we’ve been unable to contact you.
- It is lost or delayed within the postal system.
What to do:
First discover if we’ve contacted you about a delay by checking your email including any “Bulk”, “Junk” or “Spam” folders.
Next if you do not find any communication from us then tell us of the problem by one of the two methods below:
- Sending an email to with your name, address and order number.
- Telephone us on 01983 865 825 (+44 1983 865 825) with your order number to hand.
