Our on-line shopping basket will ask you to create your own memorable password with your first order to set up your personal Customer Area:
- This is to help speed up the buying procedure when you return to shop with us.
- Gives you access to your outstanding and previous order details.
- Gives you the facility to ask us to track your order if it’s not arrived.
- Allows you to create a wishlist that you can share with others, or keep private, as you wish.
You need to keep your password secret. If you’ve forgotten your password our system will resend it to you after you’ve entered your registered email address.
For your security your password is NOT associated with your credit or debit card details. Tickleberry does not retain payment details and does not have access to them.
