Received the Wrong Item
I’ve Received Something I Didn’t Order:
If on the rare occasion you’ve received the completely wrong order, or if an item in your parcel was not what you ordered let us know immediately by emailing or by telephoning 01983 865 825 (+44 1983 865 825).
We’ll then advise you how we will rectify the problem and let you know what to do.
Please take care of the item(s) and any free information guides or promotional freebies which came with the product(s) whilst in our possession. Please keep all products in their original, as new, unused, salable condition, and ensure that plastic wrapping or shrink wrapping is intact.
