Let Us Know Your Email Address … it’s Important!
When you place an order with us it is essential that we are able to get in touch with you if a problem should arise, for example if your order was dispatched but returned to us by the Post Office.
If There’s a Problem with Your Order
To contact you quickly and efficiently about a problem with your order we will always email you using the address you entered online when placing your order. If you made an error, perhaps your internet connection was interrupted, we will not be able to get in touch with you swiftly.
If You Notice Your Email Address is Wrong
Email us at if you feel you’ve given the wrong email address and we’ll correct it.
I Didn’t Receive My Invoice:
If you’ve not received your invoice first check your “Spam”, “Bulk” or “Junk” mail boxes you may discover it there.
Although our system automatically generates an invoice every time an order is placed we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that you will receive it, this is due to factors completely outside of our control such as:
- You accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing your order
- More commonly Spam Detection Software falsely identifying our email as spam and moving it to your “Spam”, “Bulk” or “Junk” mail folders.
If you’ve not received an emailed invoice from us within 24 hours of placing your order, let us know by emailing or by telephone on 01983 865 825 and we’ll send you a copy.
