To help protect your privacy from prying eyes your bank or credit card statement will not display our trading name Tickleberry, instead it will show Vectis Vivendi Limited. If you’ve paid with your Paypal account our name will show as “VECTISVIVEN”.

Who else sees your information:
Only delivery service providers will see some of your information. To help ensure your order is received we disclose your name and address on your delivery label. That information will be used by the Royal Mail or the Post Office, Parcel Force and other international postal services.
Your Email Address:
It is essential when placing an order with us that you include a valid email address, this will ensure that, if we need to, we can communicate with you swiftly and efficiently. A valid working email address will ensure that you receive an electronic copy of your invoice and your payment receipt.
Password:
Our on-line shopping basket will ask you to create a memorable password with your first order. This is to help speed up your buying procedure when you return to us. It is not associated with your credit card details. Your credit card details are not held by Tickleberry.
