The first thing that is apparent about these nut rings is how stretchy they are. This is very useful first thing in the morning, when my testicles don't want to play ball, if you'll pardon the pun. The ring is an ideal way to gentle ease reluctant balls away from the body. The overall comfort is good and can be used as a discreet all-day stretcher. I have to wear a uniform for work which can make other kinds of stretching device difficult to wear. No problem with this item. Whilst on its own, it may not be the most effective stretcher if you are looking for long term gains, I would certainly recommend it as a useful piece of equipment in any stretchers kit bag, especially those starting out as it is easy to put on, doesn't chafe and doesn't put too much strain on the balls. One word of warning though. If you pull the ring too near the edge, it can tear, so treat it gently.
